We were honored to provide new hotel photography for the Holiday Inn Express and Suites – Atlanta Emory University Area. The greatest compliment we can receive as a hotel photographer is when our clients call us back to photograph more of their hotels. The other great compliment is when they refer us to their friends and colleagues. Leslie Colter at the Holiday Inn Express and Suites – Atlanta Emory University Area has done both. We worked with Leslie on photo shoots at other properties she manages.

What made this photo shoot unique

It is always wonderful to work with Leslie. She is a consummate professional who takes great pride in the work she does. She and I stayed in touch during their renovation process. After their recent renovation, Leslie was ready for us to arrive. Most managers tell us they are ready but they could learn from Leslie. She took care to make sure that the IHG photography guidelines were met. This meant that we could focus on find tuning small details.

The hotel is located in the very busy Emory University area in Atlanta. The hotel is tucked away off a busy street and parking is limited. This means that there was no way to block off the parking spaces in front of the hotel. We captured our exterior photos between guests.

Mixing Business with Pleasure

The hotel is lovely and everyone worked hard to make this a successful photo shoot. We have a special relationship with Leslie. Her property is close to the hospital where my great nephew was for much of his short life. Our clients are important to us. Like many of our clients, we consider Leslie to be a friend. I am thankful for her support of my family during his illness and subsequent passing. Our trip to the hotel was my first time back in the area since my nephew died. It was an emotional time and I was thankful to be working with someone who understood.
